Why does long distance medical transport cost so much?

You're paying for an ambulance-like transportation, whether it's driving or flying. It is set up like an ambulance. It will have all the medications, crash carts, etc.. You're also paying for all the staff to transport as well.

Where do you transport from?

We can be flexible. We can transport people from any city and any state.

How long do does the transportation take?

We base our costs on a 48 hour transport.

If my loved one is wheelchair bound, and requires transfers with the help of other people can we do that?

Yes. We provide two person transfers.

What happens if a transportation takes longer than what was estimated?

If that's the case, we talk to the family and explained to them the situation and if there will be any additional cost.

When do people pay? 

Half is paid when you decide you want to hire us and the other half before we leave. It is non-refundable. 

What if they can't sit in a chair for very long?

We do first class tickets because they recline more and we bring pillows to put their feet up if we need to. We will also bring a reclining wheelchair if needed.
